Another early Sunday start, but to go and look at some lovely cars.
Sadly, I missed the Enzo which was there, as it left whilst I was parking and sorting stuff out :/
but still, so many lovely automobiles and now - photodump:

And for good reason, it was probably the only car there with "wood" interior. (I looked at a Ghia when searching for my car and I really like the fake wood for some reason.)

Ah i managed to get a Piano Black centre dash, which I think looks rather fetching ha. Sadly its not leather, but to be honest, its 12 years old, and its still a lovely place to be. Drove it from Pau at the bottom of france to Norwich in a day. about 16 hours of driving in total, and still felt reasonably ok after it, Not bad for a family hatch.

There were too many GT86's and BRZs for me to choose from :D Pistonheads has a love affair with the GT86/BRZ so there were plenty about

They are pretty good cars I think, especially for how cheap they are now. We had a 2004 Megane in the family and it was so much worse than a similar Focus it's not even close.

I think Ford really threw everything at the Focus. Very nice car for its size and price like you said. Was the 2004 Megane the one with the arse?

Yeah I wonder how many PH'ers are also Opponauts. Yeah i think i might have to add an Oppo to the back of the focus. Should go together quite nicely with the Nurburgring, Spa and PH sticker already there

Yeah it was. Despite that fat arse it had pretty much no boot space at all for the size of the car.
The thing was badly made, all the controls were so light it felt like they werent connected to anything (the steering was permenently lighter than my car with the steering in parking mode.) The only thing going for it really is the seats were nice and the suspension was so soft it ended up being quite comfortable.

Yeah I have to say thats about my favourite thing about both Pistonheads and Oppo. Both are pretty accepting of almost every car culture, because it all features cars :D

What's going on with the front of the Lancia? It looks like the top view of an inline 4 engine block.

I think its mounts for a lighting pod for rallying. It was properly caged out and the like, so I think it was a proper competition car (as in used for rallying, rather than an ex works thingy)
